Improve Proprioception With This Fun Fall Activity

Shalea loves picking out the images for these seasonal activities. Enjoy this Fall activity that focuses on heavy work, a great way to get input into the muscles and joints to improve proprioceptive feedback which helps with being able to know where one's body is in space and ultimately focus better.
